How Do I View A Property?
Normally most of our rental properties have open inspection times which you can find on the property’s listing page. Open inspections are usually conducted on Saturdays and Wednesdays within a half-hour window. When you attend an open inspection you will need to provide your name and contact details.

How Do I Apply for a Property?
At the inspection of the available rental property, one of our team members will have an application form to give you. Application forms are also available for download below.
Please note we generally do not process an application unless you have seen through the property that you are applying for. Please go through the application thoroughly and provide all requested information. If there is not enough information this may hinder the processing of your application. You will also need to provide sufficient identification. This can be emailed with your application or dropped into our office (originals will be requested at a later date).
