Burns and Burns have been proud supporters of many local institutions over the years.

Community Pitch 2019

Burns and Burns Real Estate attended the Community Pitch 2019 event at Roseville Golf Club. This spectacular event gave us the opportunity to meet with 10 community groups and charities who shared their stories and pitched for funding.

Burns and Burns Real Estate alongside many other local businesses, community organisations and community members pledged funds to these groups and raised an incredible $39,200.

These funds were distributed to the 10 groups who shared their pitches and the results are as follows:

  • KYDS Youth Development Service – $7,950
  • Delvena Women and Children’s Refuge (part of Manly Warringah Women’s Resource Centre) – $4,800
  • Mentoring Men – $4,700
  • The Generous & The Grateful – $4,700
  • Killara Rural Fire Brigade – $4,650
  • Parkinson’s NSW – Parkinsong – $2,850
  • Hornsby Connect – $2,600
  • Hornsby Gang Show – $2,500
  • Easy Care Gardening – $2,300
  • 1st Lindfield Scout Group – $2,100

We have had the pleasure of working with a few of these groups when sponsoring the Monopoly Ku-Ring-Gai edition and it was great to be involved once again.
